Came to play and for dinner. Casino was very clean, nice and had a lot to offer. Slots to different table games. Temp check at the door and must have a mask, but pretty normal once in. Able to get beverages at the soda machines. Most chairs and games open, and not much for plastic dividers everywhere. Was really nice. Resort is beautiful. 13 moons restaurant, absolutely superb service. A+ highly recommend.
I love this casino!!! They often give us free nights in the hotel, but we lose so much money we don't often stay over. The food is great, 13 moons is delightful. I love the chicken fried steak at carvers cafe. The prime rib melt and fish sandwich in the pub are my favorites. Recently shark week disappeared which was my favorite slot. I'm greatly disappointed. I've had no problems with the employees and the bartenders have all been great!!! As far as the smoking goes, I'm a smoker and now feel second class here with a shack in the front of the casino. I gamble 3 to 4 days a week and the casino was the only place I could relax, play and smoke all at the same time. Needs a smoking section with games in my opinion. Some of us still smoke!!!
The dining options are good, room are nice but their new policy of locking up the disabled restrooms is bad. You have to go find someone and ask for them to let you in each time. And their automatic entrance gates won't detect someone in a wheelchair and they are too narrow. Hope they get rid of those soon. You also have to stop and wait for them to open to let you out of the building one by one, that's likely again fire code and safety issue.
Pay out are fairly often on the slots.... Not huge but consistent. To break even most times views. Are wonderful from back side of hotel..
This is a fun place to go now that more things are opening up from covid-19 everyone was wearing a mask i felt safe there and I played some slots and walked out the door there with some of there money.
Great stay! Beautiful view of the waters around the Islands. Very relaxing. The choices of food are great. Casino is very clean. View from our room. Rooms ate kept extremely clean.
This place used to be so great! It had a small town vibe, a huge non smoking area and a bingo hall. All of that went away with a remodel and hotel. The hotel has no pool or spa.An overpriced restaurant without much ambiance and some fast food places. They moved smoking into a tiny section within the smoking section so you could still smell it (temporarily all non smoking due to covid). They got rid of the bingo hall. We went recently and noticed the slots weren t very great in choice and some machines were so old.
chances of winning may be very slim. masses of video games. Very easy. The rooms are easy but quite unspectacular. fees with promos are first-rate. The personnel is tremendous. Very useful and pleasant. so long as you do not need them to help with the slot machines, that takes "for all time!"
We had a great experience. Toured the tulip fields then spent the night so we could take our time driving back at our leisure avoiding evening traffic on south I-5. Careful COVID screening at each door (temperatures taken). Nice view of the bay from an equally nice room. Love the soaps! RV/trailer camping behind the hotel. Not a huge casino, but just right. Had delicious meals both times. Very personable man at the front desk. I'm sure we'll go back.
Nice view, was happy for a get away! Made me miss Alaska more. Refreshing. Not really kid friendly!
