Great experience all round. Found the service very good and friendly staff. I have been to 12 Apostles many times but found this view amazing. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Yes,? Pricey but you have come this far so enjoy. Book in early as the crowds build quickly. Hardly anyone there at 9am but by 10 was filling up .

Very beautiful place to go my relatives from Italy love it she was very happy to see , to visit some beautiful place like that.

Now there are only seven of the 12 apostles left, the price of the helicopter is not very cheap, but yes, it is good to broaden your horizons

Although a beautiful place to visit, it is good to have some idea about visiting inn summer. It may be too hot, intense sun light and biting flies or mosquitos. You will have an option of taking a chopper to have a better view. Always crowded, traffic should be considered.if a fan of photography check the weather to make sure you will not miss three blue sky.

Excellent, it was my first helicopter ride so thoroughly enjoyed it. Awesome experience to observe 12 apostles from above. Worth the price.

I payed 140 dollars via travel agent.
My memory was written 145 dollars.
Although there is not cheap, it is worth taking a ride once.

It's only good if you have a good place. I was in the back and when the apostles where left I couldn't see much because two peoples head where in front of me. Was only 10 minutes. Was in luck to pay only $95. Otherwise not worth it.

Great experience my Husband talked me into taking the one hour flight well worth the amazing views of the coast and all the landmarks our pilot Nicko was excellent thoroughly enjoyed it

From before the start of the flight until well after the end, this was simply an amazing experience! The pilot was well informed about this most beautiful part of the world. I want his job!

Team members were very friendly. Trip was terrific. Great experience. We had hoped they fly a little lower/closer to apostles but still amazing. Commentary thru head phones was hard to understand.

Lovely location, very clean and handles large numbers of tourists. Does have a small cafe for coffee or snacks in the visitors centre.

Dan at the he desk, Nick the pilot, a great team. Enjoyed the whole experience.

You can have an experience that is never a waste of money.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service , specially the manager who called him self a base commander , or I don t know he was claiming to be the air chief marshal.

My brother came from uk and was so excited to take the video with himself , and they told us it s a technical fault , we won t be giving you any video and basically bug off. not even tried to bother to take some action.

Besides he told us that he can give us a video of the 12 apostles, as like someone else video or something. Hey I can download it from YouTube.

Pathetic service , would rather spent that money on something else.

Was a spectacular aerial ride. It was smooth, descriptive and adventurous. If you haven t had a ride before, then give it a go with them. Worth the money. Even the least package would full fill your dream. Quality flights and pilots. Very engaging with passengers. I ve already had two rides and it was my daughter s first ride and they offered her the front seat with the pilot which gave her a priceless experience.

Fantastic!!! Wish I could have stayed up in the helicopter for much longer. Pilot skilled & informative... highly recommend everyone does this at least once.

Came in a group of 5, 2 of whom were children that were very excited to ride the helicopter as a family. and got the 15min helicopter ride. While the flight itself was good, the customer service was at the other end of the spectrum. We asked to be put together on the same flight while purchasing the tickets, and were told that was fine, but afterwards when we were waiting to board a flight, we were told that because there were only 5 of us and the flight capacity is 7, we would have to split up and join other groups that needed more people to fill the helicopter. When we tried to explain the situation the attendant was down right rude and said if we didn t like it they can just refund the tickets to us.

I have mix feelings. The place is nice but due to massive wages of tourist, really hard to get a moment that you can stop and enjoy the view or taking any decent picture.

Nick, the pilot, was really friendly. His driving was excellent. Hope the company that sees this could pass on to him that the Fish and Chip place he recommended at Port Campbell was really good. :D

15 minute flight might not sound like a lot but its perfect. The guys and girls there looked after us. The flight and views were amazing. Photos cannot compare.

The staff were really friendly, and the helicopters were very clean and well maintained.I felt very safe and comfortable for the entire flight. The main reason I was happy to spend the money on the excursion was to get some great pics of the coastline and the Apostles. I have a brand new, state of the art, DSLR camera that I was excited to be using to get some stock pics for my IG gallery. All in all, out of around 50 pics, there are none I can use. The reflection from the glass is visible in every one.. iPhone 10 ones as well. My friend, who also took photo's at the time had the same issue - none without reflections of shoes, sweaters, and other items. The experience is great for memories, just not the ones you can keep to look at at a later date.

Excellent ride. You get take in magnificent views and witness the sheet scale of the coastal landforms.

Beautiful views, it was crowded naturally everyone wants to stop and take a look.

The experience is good. But always a queue. Be aware that they always try to put at least 6 people at same time. If you have small group and there is no one to join, you have to wait a while.

My first ride in a helicopter and it was great! Our pilot was very knowledgeable and all ground crew were very friendly. Safety was paramount at all times.

Previous group discount of 10 minutes was $ 95. Starting in 2016, after the increase of free travel of Chinese tourists, the group price was cancelled and it was changed to $ 145, so the price is high.
Too expensive to cancel the group discount.

Not available during high velocity winds and during rain. Very short duration rides.

Amazing place to experience the geographical features and refresh / rejuvenate the mind and soul. Don't miss if you are in and around Melbourne. If on a visit to Australia, do add this to your visit plan else you are sure to miss something.

Awesome experience flying over the shipwrecked coast, seeing it from a different view. Magnificent.
