I didn't want to give even one star because of the shifty staff and their customer service.
I had some friends over from London to see Australia, I showed them the video footage of our previous flight at 12 Apostles and they requested to take them there but they just want the video.
22/09/2019,
We requested the staff way before the flight that we want the footage, payed the amount for the service in advance but after the flight they made us wait for 30 minutes and came later with an excuse of technical error.
Our guests were really disappointed with the service and the staff behaviour.
Twice we have been there and both time we had the worst experience, wish I could unstar the 1 star as well.

Not recommended, waste of time and money.

AMAZING!!!! First time in a helicopter, and we loved it. Absolutly and without a doubt the best way to see the magnificent coastline along this part of the Great Ocean Road. Even the sort flight of 15 minutes gives you enough time and opportunity to admire wonders of nature like the London Bridge, Loch and Gorge and of course the 12 Apostles. Many thanks to our friendly pilot.

My children and I absolutely loved this experience, and it was the highlight of our holiday. Our pilot was knowledgeable and helpful, and the trip was so smooth. We hadn t been in a helicopter before, and were amazed at how comfortable it was. We highly recommend this, and would love to go for longer next time.

This helicopter ride changes the complete magnitude of the 12 Apostles. This rides makes you realise the real feel of the structure and the way they operate with such fine tune timing and great hospitality is really commendable

Great way to see the fantastic coastline off this part of the Great Ocean Road. A very efficient and professional outfit though we did feel a little rushed when checking in. We left 20 minutes earlier than booked ... I think to fit us in with others in a larger helicopter. All good though. A great time

Over the year the ride has gone expensive and become tome consuming. Spent 30mins waiting for our turn and were asked to wait for our turn as we were not fitting with their combination. Won't do it again.

Pro Tip: Don't skip this as the views are just incredible and the price is very reasonable!

Definitely one of my personal highlights from my trip to Melbourne was the 12 Apostles Helicopter experience which we did on 09.01.2020!

We opted for the 15 minute trip which costs $145 per person and got some stunning aerial views of the Apostles!

I'd let me One Plus 6T phone photos do the talking!

First time to take a helicopter flight. Unforgettable moment! You can admire the coastline of the great ocean road and surely a different angle to watch the 12 Apostles. Introduction of the coastline landscape by the pilot during the journey.
Tips:
We recommend the 25 minutes scenic flight as it s not too short and you could have a look of all the famous spots near the 12 Apostles.
The USB is a cute mini helicopter if you buy one.

I went with my father and niece, my father struggles with strength and subsequently balance but the team here were fabulous! Very understanding and we felt in very safe hands throughout. A short 15 minute ride might not seem like much but if like me you don't have time to go down the entire coastline, this is a great way to soak everything up.
Commentary onboard was really good, I won't spoil it for those going.
The cost of this is very well worth it and if you have never been in a helicopter but wanted to go in one, this will be an enjoyable experience!
I had the video of the helicopter too which serves as a great memory as it came on a helicopter shaped USB stick with pictures of their fleet of helicopters.
Packs a few days into a few moments!

Bit expensive but worth doing at least once in life, although you may find cheaper prices at other nearby not-so-convenient locations. Might be a bit of wait but it's worth it at the end, the staff and pilots are very friendly and helpful.

The views from the helicopters are good, 7 people can be taken up at a time for a 15 minute flight, huge queues in peak season, like a 60 minute wait is not unusual, not to mention pushy coach drivers trying to get their passengers in first, between 1pm and 4.30 pm is the busiest time normally, when all the large buses arrive. If you can avoid those times, do so.
If you have limited time, ie. on an organised day tour, suggest you go for a walk along the viewing platforms, a very good experience in my opinion where you hear the ocean and take it all in at your own pace.
I have been asked by the company who responded to my review where a cheaper scenic helicopter flight could be found. Answer is the Phillip Island Helicopter Scenic Flight. $90 or so. Okay you don't get the 12 Apostles but it's still decent views. And in fact your own company used to offer much cheaper flight options.

We did the 15 mins helicopter ride to London Bridge and got to see the 8 Apostles (apparently there were never 12) and then 2 sets of sister rocks (which is probably why they count it as 12?). I ve been here like 3 times before and I did not know this until our wonderful pilot said so. Lovely ground crew and pilot. The chopper carries 7 passengers at one time and the water looks absolutely stunning from top. A bit pricey but again it s a one-off thing. Would be nice if they did deals!

It certainly isn t worth the money you pay for, specially if you are being seated on the left sife of the Helicopter.

The Manager is the owner and customer service is near zero.

They didn t give clear safety demonstrations; no instructions for inside cabin communication was given; the distance to the shoreline differed from the outbound flight to the inbound, that meant sitting on the left you wouldn t be able to enjoy the beauty of the place because of the greater distance.

What made the matter worse was that when I discussed this issue with the so called manager, and after he rewinded their own videos taken during the flight and seeing the difference; brought different excuses and said I was the only one who had complained in many years.
