Impressive, even if hopelessly overflowing. But all visitors are happy and impressed; the descent over the Gibsons Steps to the beach is also recommended, from which you can only see two "apostles".

Good experience to see the 12 (7 apostles) from the sky. Views along the coast line are impressive however would go into the experience knowing what to expect.
I've done many helicopter flights over landmarks and this is up there with the poorest run. Value for money is fine, but its a money grab/production line from start to finish. Don't expect it to be a special experience. No photos in front of the helicopter with families or partners, people are literally being pulled out of one side as you're piling in the other side. Very rushed, staff were friendly and not rude however just a let down from what i've experienced elsewhere. Wouldn't do it again was just nice to avoid the crowd on the ground.

Expensive, have not tried but I guess it's worth the money :)

It is the perfect helicopter ride. Right at 12 apostles, there is a waiting time too. The Daily timings changes depending on weather conditions. My suggestion would be to take the ride 2 hours before day's closing time. The weather can change anytime and hence is the ride schedule.
Took 15 minutes ride and it takes you near 12 apostles.
Don't forget that there is a cafe also in visiting centre.

Excellent flight, absolutely loved the view , despite it being a tad overcast

It's an absolutely treasure for nature lovers. Helicopter ride was so joyful and pilot was so friendly. Though you can see it different spots, view from sky is absolutely fantastic.

Friendly helpful staff who are happy to have chat, well maintained helicopters, don't bother with the flight video unless your group takes up the entire helicopter.

Came to the 12 apostles on the weekend, as always the views were amazing, decided to take a helicopter ride this time, the price was decent for what you got.

We purchased the inflight video, there was myself and my mum with 5 other strangers, the video was a waste of money, a third of the video was of the strangers in the front row, and footage of the 12 apostles was grainy, although it may be HD given the camera quality and the distance it made the video not overly very good quality.

Did the 15 min flight with them today, my wife and daughter was supposed to be on it too but my daughter had a panic and wouldn t get on. The staff where very helpful and understanding, will be recommending them to all my mates who are planning to visit this summer. Well priced and staff were friendly and efficient without being pushy. Thanks guys and lady s for the great experience.

$165 for 15 minute trip is well worth it. Great crew and equipped with cameras but they also let you film yourself.

235.00 Australian dollars per person is certainly not a cardboard style, but it is worth every penny.

You can get a ducks eye view from one of these choppers. Fun but a bit frightening.

Rushed experience, poor viewing position meant I missed most of the 12 Apostles unless I was looking across and behind 3 other passengers.

Friendly staff. Lucky enough to be in the front of the helicopter for photos however position in helicopter depends on weight distribution. Excellent tour and highly recommend.

Best place for tourists.. on sunny day. Helicopter ride is the best.

Such an amazing experience. This is a must do activity if you are visiting 12 Apostles. You can see great views on 12 Apostles from the helicopter. 7 people can go in a helicopter. There are different packages available. 15 mins ride, 30 mins ride etc. You can take amazing pictures from the above.

145AUD for 15 minutes, per person. If you have the budget it's really worth the panoramas seen from above are simply superb :)

Compared with the helicopter price in New Zealand, the C/P value is extremely high, and the helicopter is a new good helicopter.

It is highly recommended to take a helicopter to come here. The scenery is very beautiful and the value is very good. The price is 15 minutes AUD 145.

The flight itself was nice but to short and if you are not sitting at the front the view is very bad. For 145$ way to much money for just one short flight. The lookouts are even better to have a perfect view at the 12 apostles.

Well maintained . One can have fun by helicopter ride. Most supportive staffs and pilot is very nice.

I was here at about 11am on 21 Feb 2017 and am writing this a day and a half later as so not to be influenced so much by my emotions. In addition to the helicopter ride, I had also paid for a HD video takeaway of my ride. For whatever technical error there was, this was not not possible. The staff apologised and I got my money back for the recording part of the service. I said to them that I was not happy with this experience and would be articulating as such on social media. If I pay for a video experience I expect to take this recording away, not with my money in hand. And so I'm holding them to account. One star out of five.
