cant get appointment !!! no one picks up or call back

After waiting on hold for over 15 minutes, twice, I was finally able to make an initial appointment, which I was told would be completed over the phone. They never called me at my scheduled time, for me to then receive a text message saying I missed my appointment. I tried calling just to wait on hold for 20 minutes to then be hung up on. Truly awful medical center.

Been calling All Day No answer I have High Blood Presser This Crazy

They re currently closed to the public still I went there and all the doors were locked

I ve been calling them for 3 weeks straight at different times and no one has answered the phone. I also left voice messages and nobody have yet to return my calls ! Very unprofessional and definitely would not recommend if pregnant.. can t even schedule your appointments on time!

Primary care never picks up their phone !They used to be good about picking up if you called at 8 AM as of recently no one answers the phone. I would not recommend that you come here and waste your time.

Their primary care office NEVER answers their phone. It s always a hassle to get someone on the phone. I had an prenatal appointment and tried to call and tell them I was running late due to traffic, no one answered. I travel from Delaware county. I got there 10 minutes late and they told me the midwife left! I was under the impression that there was a 15 minute grace period. I think this office is very unprofessional and I wouldn t recommend especially if you re pregnant.
