Nate was awesome we scheduled same day as consultation, he came from an hour away and ended up having all the products we were needing for our home. Had some issues with our old thermostat and a colleague stopped by to assist. They got everything figured out and set up. No fault to them all due to how systems were originally installed. They got it figured out! All said and done they were awesome! Highly recommend!
We just had our alarm system and security cameras installed and it was a great experience. Nate was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. After the installation, he made sure we were comfortable using the system and walked us through all of the user functions.

Great customer service. The technician went above and beyond to get us set up. He went to Home Depot for us to help with the install. He was masked and followed all Covid recommendations.
