3* is all I can give this place as personally the staff were rude (except the room tidy ladies they were brilliant!) It was our wedding when we visited here so our excitement helped us quickly forget the shocking service. At one point there was just us and one other couple near the reception desks and we were told if we didn't stand behind the sign they would not serve us (this sign was 1 foot to the left of me) so as the lady insisted I stepped 1 foot to the left and as of by magic she called us forward to the desk. Personally this was the most pointless and obnoxious task almost like she was trying to prove something to herself. This was after we had been told our flight was cancelled home and we had to stay another night so all around a bad experience! Also my parents had asked if they could organise anything for our room for the morning of the wedding and the reception staff were not interested in helping them. When we came down the morning of our wedding nobody wanted to help take pictures either. Moving on to the room... The iron was shocking so make sure you pack one, there was a hairdryer, TV, desk area, 2 large mirrors one full length in the bedroom and 1 half in the bathroom. The shower was so powerful it felt like it was shedding my skin. There wasn't a bath in our room either heads up for those with children we don't so it was ok. Carpet is in both the bedrooms and hallway so you don't really here much noise. And the cleaners come in everyday unless asked not to, to tidy up replenish the towels and loo roll empty bins etc. There's no fridge or tea and coffee making facilities which is poor for a self accommodating hotel. There was a safe inside the wardrobe and plenty of hangars in there to hang your clothes. The bed was huge and comfortable and sheets were clean. But again seems to be repeated in hotels these days the charging sockets are at the end of your bed so you can't charge your phone next to you.
