We were lucky to have a fast and friendly NP for our daughter , but for my husband and I we ALWAYS leave this place upset from the rudeness of the staff to the long wait periods. I recently called for a Fax number to have our records transferred over and never got an answer! I hung up after being on hold for so long waiting to even speak to an operator . Beyond annoyed anytime I have to deal with this place. The Providers are great ! But their staff ! HORRIBLE!
