I have stayed on that hotel for 3 nights for the f...

I have stayed on that hotel for 3 nights for the frist experience from December 3 until 6 2019.
I had to wait to check in for more then 30 minutes same old terrifying excuse (sorry we don't find your reservation try to contact your local agency) Desponting welcome (bad management) it was late check in.
*the rooms are very comfortable and spacious.(studio room)
*have never experienced such tasteless food, slow service and limited selection of menu. Even smallest one star hotel has delicious and quality food,Breakfast was the usual things you would expect at a 3 star hotel.
The chief if we call him a chief who fry the eggs is slow to understand.
I strongly recommend to avoid jail food. same as every day.
restaurant buffet never changes and is overpriced for what it is.
*The hotel is somewhat remote from main activity.
*Beach is useless.
*the locals (Egyptian and Indians) uses hotel facilities at weekends so there is no privacy whatsoever. the hotel back gate is full open.
*The hotel back walls needs fresh paint looks bad.
*front shaided parking limited to hotel management. The customer is their last Priority.
*Front desk Egyptian manager (tall guy)needs more training (interpersonal communication skills).
Until now, I have not heard from their GM although I requested that several times from front desk receptionist to met at the hotel. Same excuses he's not available. Maybe his staff are terrified communicating to coverup and hide their mistakes.
My mistake that I haven't had the chance to review the hotel comment before i made my reservation
Overall I would rate it at 2 out 5
