we bought a dishwasher, delivered on October 23 to our new home, we moved on November 7, and the dishwasher doesn't work. We called the customer service and sent a technician to fix it, who detected that he needs a new motor, we called the customer service again and let him know, but until today nobody has solved our problem and we continue without our dishwasher working.
We understand, It should be replaced with a new one since it was delivered from factory with a defect.
We bought a new machine, so we want a new.
