Gigi took care of me with superb service---text and phone call updates and finished when promised. I was very pleased with my overall service and she texted me the following day to make sure everything was working ok. I have almost 83,000 miles on my 2011 Expedition and I appreciate the service department at Nalley Ford treating my car with care to keep it going for the long haul!
