My Think Pad Helix hasn't worked well from day 1!!...

My Think Pad Helix hasn't worked well from day 1!!! Went round and round with support, on the phone for 20 plus hours trying to fix the problem, eventually Lenovo had me mail it in only to send it back not fixed. Now my support rep will not return my calls or email... I am at a loss of $1600.00. I would not recommend them to anyone.
