The folks at Aquarium Co-op are truly professionals - in handling online orders and its method of shipment. They are always ready to respond to questions and/or issues almost immediately. They are an amazing business, well run, and respected in the hobby. Their main focus is on the customer and their experience. I wish more businesses would imitate their business model.
