On arrival the reception/lobby area was a bit grub...

On arrival the reception/lobby area was a bit grubby, papers and rubbish on the floor.
My room was very clean and comfortable, but there was no towels. A nice guy at reception sorted this for me.
Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly.
