Came to get my new VA IF card and closed on weekends. As a former VA and current DOD healthcare employee were we serve our military/veterans on weekends this shocked me! Where are your I CARE values and commitment to our Veterans?! Shame on you SES Leadership for not having the courage to be open on weekends and honor our veterans! That s right you have no honor because it s not in your value system!
