40min delay because you have to wait for an oncomi...

40min delay because you have to wait for an oncoming train (which is delayed), your serious? Just because the ICE can't wait 5 minutes for the region? The train shouldn't run out of time in life. And a couple of hundred commuters whose job is being risked don't seem to care?
