I renewed my loan in October this year. The amount that was quoted during the process and afterwards in the contract AND telephonically is not the amount deducted. I contacted Direct Axis and they assured me it was only once off because it's October's admin fee that was determined pro rata. I accepted but guess what? This month they deducted the wrong amount again! This company does not believe in ethics and do not care about its clients. I do not trust them and will never do business with them again.
