I already have several pieces of Steens furniture....

I already have several pieces of Steens furniture. I like it. Why 1 star? I ordered 2 2+4 Steens deep drawer units from theRange online store. Both items of furniture arrived with the bottom part missing. I notified theRange that parts were missing on 4th Sept. Customer care at theRange said that they notified Steens on 4th Sept and that missing parts would be delivered to me on 8th. Sept. I have contacted theRange 3 times and they are claiming that they have contacted Steens but cannot expect a reply from Steens for at least another 3 days (Tues 15th).The 2 pieces of furniture are currently unusable and unfortunately unless missing parts are delivered by Mon, I shall no choice but to block payment and cancel the order. Very disappointing.
