Would not recommend this location. Not only did my mother's procedure take twice as long as they said it would take, they did not allow me back into the room even though she wanted me to be there as another set of ears (my dad does not always hear or remember well). She did not write me down on her sheet originally because my dad was the one driving her, but she requested that both me and my dad be there. I took the morning off work to be there. The nurse could have easily checked with my mom but instead was rude and dismissive. This is why many doctors and doctor's offices get a bad reputation. You are treated as a number rather than a person. There is absolutely no good reason why two family members cannot not be in the room especially if the family member gives the ok and the other family member vouches for their identify. Also, there is no e-mail address on the website to contact this location, which makes sense if they don't want the negative feedback they would get if they had it listed.

I would highly recommend the NPs here, as well as Dr. Johnson and Dr. Smith. They were excellent in ordering the right tests that have led to the right diagnosis. After that, they have been knowledgeable in choosing the best treatment, and I am getting better! One thing I can say about this practice, the providers work *with* you and respect you as the patient. Unlike many others who just want to boss you around and don t care about your opinion. Hello it s MY body! But not here. I was welcomed as an active participant of my own care and I appreciated that. I would certainly recommend this practice to friends and family.

I would recommend this practice and location to anyone who are looking for quality care. I am very pleased with the thorough professional care that I am receiving from my doctor, his nurse and the staff. Thank you

The staff is amazing and Dr Ryan is a saint. Everyone there is helpful and pleasant. My only suggestion would be is to bring the good looking blonde back up front. She made it worth paying my high copay every visit.

I would never use this organization again, I was recommended by my family doctor who referred me and I went in for appointment and was asked 4 questions to prep for colonoscopy. Appointment was made to have it done in September 2018 and received a call 3 weeks prior to say they did not accept my insurance when I was told they did. Then they preceded to tell me after that I owed them the money for the visit, keep in mind that 4 questions cost me 175.00. I called to complain that they had my insurance info before I came for first visit and no one checked this and now I owe for visit? They were willing to do nothing except have me eat the money then when I refused to pay they sent me to collections. Be careful with this organization! Now I have to file complaint at BBB.

I was a potential new patient of this practice and due to a business trip overlooked my appointment on 8/26/16. It would have been nice to have received a reminder card, call or email in advance from their receptionist about the appointment. All I got instead, was a snarky little note about the missed appointment with a demand for $50 for the missed appointment. Needless to say, I no longer am interested in being a patient there.

Dr. Tywain is excellent; listens, patient, and proactive.

From the moment I walked in the door, Christina M, greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome.I arrived early to see Dr. Smith. I was taken back on time and seen by Dr. Smith on time as well. He was very through and has a wonderful bedside manner.
The office called in my RX's and scheduled the tests I need with ease and explained everything that was going to happen in a way I understood. I highly recommend Dr. Smith!!

The nurses for the doctor put you thru so much just to speak with the PA or a message for the doctor. Also went for serious issue and instead of finding out what is causing the problem. Not constantly prescribing meds. That's treating the symptom I want a diagnosis. It's a large practice and I would not recommend this practice. I don't feel they are thorough and that leads to delay in treatment and delay in resolving the problem. I fell it's a very cold practice. Meaning you can forget about your doc knowing your name or being even a smidgen familiar with you. Healthcare today you hv to remember the doc works for you. Your paying them to do a job. Don't be intimidated or think your doc is one step down from God. You hv to speak up ask questions. This is just my experience and it's based on my expectations of my health care providers.
