Oh such a shame. It was our wedding night so hoping it was going to be special because we told them. Jeromy I believe was really sarcastic. I asked if he had any food like crisps and he gives me an orange. Asked him for a knife at least and he said sorry you ll have to open with your hands . Not really kind.

After sharing my frustration with the manager the next morning she was fantastic. Really understanding and caring. Also another manager on duty who I had dealt leading up to the booking was really friendly and attentive, his name is Will. So I wanted to balance my review because even though I was frustrated with one staff others have been great.
