Allied came highly recommended from my Realtor and since I am a first-time home-buyer, I took the recommendation. Well worth it! Matt was extremely helpful and walked me through every step of the process while answering any stupid question I could think of, even offering follow-up advice after the inspection. Their quote was about 30% less than a competitor. Can't thank them enough for the 70 year old home advice. I know it'll come in handy.
