I tried to shop for a used vehicle at this dealers...

I tried to shop for a used vehicle at this dealership twice, and both time I had a unsatisfactory experience. The first time I went there, I was shown a used vehicle that I was interested in, and when I asked to test drive it they claimed to not be able to find the keys and proceeded to show me a different more expensive used vehicle that I was not interested in.

Then a couple of weeks later I decided that it was probably an honest mistake and returned because they had another vehicle that I was interested in. 30 minutes before went in, I checked with them and was told that was still available. I came in and told them the vehicle I wanted to take a look at. They spent 20 minutes searching the vehicle on the lot, then came back and told me that it was not available. Then they proceeded to try an up sell me a new vehicle that they claimed they were giving me a great deal on. Needless to say a left and will not be shopping here again!
