Due to their poor instructions on preparing a title, my offer was rejected as the tow truck was getting ready to pull away. What followed was a nightmarish whirlwind of chaos as I drove around town to print and notarize a new title by the end of the day. The following morning consisted of me sitting in my car for 5 hours waiting for the same truck to show up again.

Terrible experience. I can t wait for this to be over. So much headache to work with this company. Never again.
