I was blown away by the customer service received....

I was blown away by the customer service received. I was trying to locate a book and couldn't find that anyone had this in stock and saw that Hardie Grant were the publishers. Hardie Grant's Publishing Administrator was shift with her replies and provided informed suggestions regarding alternative books. She ended up providing a substitute book as complimentary copy, and also covered the postage costs. Incredible service.
