We recieved a call back almost immediately & given our adjusters name, so we could identify her when she called. We were told the adjuster would be calling within 24 - 48 hours. Julie called within hours & had us set up with our appt. We had a big mess. She arrived promptly, was professional, sympathetic & proficient. She answered and explained things we didn't understand.
