WORST PLACE DONT LIVE HERE
When I first moved in, I was promised a clear apartment.. The bathroom was not clean, the kitchen was not clean and was filled with stuff that doesn't belong to any of my roommates. But to the previous person who lived there. I had to clean it all out by myself. They did come to clean the bathroom after filling two complains.

I am an international student at the UVU, not the BYU, but apparently I still have to comply with the BYU rules!

I am not sure on how they usually charge extra.. onetime we requested a replacement key for our mailbox. they told us it's going to be 10$.. few days later.. I went to pay my rent and after I did, I decided to ask them again about the mailbox key. It was another employee and he told told me sure I'll get you one right now, and it's free!

I'm moving soon I don't like to be told what to eat/drink or what to inhale..
