My dad brought his car in to get a tire fixed and had dropped it off the night before. He waited all day and did not receive a call to pick the car up. He then called the next day and was told the repair had been completed the day before. A call was made to his cell, which he had left in the car. The mechanic did not bother looking into his file to find the home number; nor look at the envelope the key was left in, which had the home phone number.
