I opened my case Sept 2017, I was handed to Carpenters from my insurer Hastings Direct after a HGV collided with me on the M6. To begin the process was slow and it was difficult to reach my case handler. I had 3 different handlers before finally getting progress. This was a mild invoncenience but was made better by the service recieved from my final handler.

Once my case was handed over to Julie Adams I had a great experience. I found it difficult to communicate as I worked during opening hours and she was willing to communicate via email or through my father. Julie sped up the process of my claim and chased down every last detail of it. She gave a lot of detail in all conversations and made me feel much at ease. Overall my claim was a long process (16 months) due to treatment and other things but she ensured that once we were ready to go ahead, it happened swiftly.

The end result was better than expected and has made light of an awful accident with the final figure.

The treatment given through Carpenters was great and the medical professionals were all easy to reach. I was a commuting student, and due to no longer having a car I was living away from home to reduce the journey. Carpenters were able to provide me treatment closer to my Uni address which was extremely helpful.

Overall I am pleased my case was dealt with by Carpenters.
