From the time we were investigating our options to the time the crews departed and the job was finished, I was pleased and impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, experience and focus on customer service by everyone involved in our project. In particular, Bill Pinnell and his crew (Mason Clegg, Shane Coppin, Gurinder Gill, and Chris Huff) were on time, well prepared and well trained. As a matter of fact, I observed some patient and insightful on-the-job training taking place as this larger than normal crew went about their tasks - quite a good indication of the level of commitment to doing a good job.

They explained what was being done and answered our questions quickly and easily. They were courteous, hardworking, and mindful that they were "invading" our home and made the experience easy and comfortable for us. Great job, Barron!
