Had a great rental experience with them and would highly recommend using them for your needs. I opted to pickup from their office near Disney Springs since I was staying off Disney property for my trip and pickup/dropoff was extremely easy and fast. Customer service was top notch and the scooter never once even dreamed of losing charge despite heavy use in the Disney parks each day.
