Alert is a thorough, professional company run locally. A "real person" answers the phone and is knowledgable and interested in helping you solve your problem. This is true for every day questions - "I think my touchpad isn't working, how can I test it?" - to much deeper technical issues. When I wanted to understand the specifics behind their wireless connection, I was able to talk with a true system engineer with years of experience AND the ability to explain things.
