What a nightmare.

What a nightmare.
Front desk person refuzes to reset the system and the system is failing to charge any of company or personal credit cards.
We tried while speaking with Amex and they don't see it on their side.

All of that... after flying in and working all day, falling asleep in the loby... desperate.


Nightmare...

It will get resolved eventually but is this really unavoidable?

The same card works just fine when booking and paying online for this same hotel... but the front desk person sticks to his own version...

Update:
The room is nice and clean and the bed is nice and soft... feels like heaven, after those, nearly two, hours spent in the lobby.
