Just began a lease with Stix and Stones and have been stupified by their incompetence. We viewed the apartment a month before moving in and were told the 2nd bath needed plumbing work done but would be ready upon move in; false. The bathroom is entirely useless with a shower that doesn t drain properly and a toilet that doesn t flush because it will flood . They claimed to have done a thurough inspection; false. Within the first few days (if that) we found numerous maintenance issues such as a closet shelf that couldn t support the weight of a single pair of athletic shorts, a kitchen faucet with a handle that was in no way attached to the sink, and worse of all, a laundry closet door that was so disfunctional, it could not be closed and fell in the middle of night against a hallway wall.

Furthermore, the operation of this Property Management Group is done in such an unprofessional manner that it baffles the mind. A baby is constantly on site, either crying into the phone or sleeping in the lounge while visiters are told by a sign to not wake the baby . Most of our numerous calls and voicemails have been ignored, the staff is rude, and is so incompetent, that they couldn t provide us with 2 functioning keys.

There is no justifiable explanation as to why these people have been given the power to manage anything more than flushing a toilet.
