I called Metro Sales to fix an issue that our office had been having involving our scanner last Friday, and it turns out that they had been flooded with calls from other people with the same issue. The technician on the line, Joe, was incredibly helpful and patient the entire time. He explained the steps in great detail, and was incredibly friendly, even though he mentioned that there was at least 50 calls for the same issue in the past two days. This was by far the most wonderful and helpful customer service experience that I've probably ever had, and Joe definitely is the ideal employee when it comes to a job like this.
