The staff are professional and friendly. The facility was always clean. My room felt a bit small but the bed was comfortable and the shower had awesome water pressure. Only trouble we had was with the fridge freezing our food and the microwave door not wanting to close sometimes. We used the laundry on the 2nd Floor. The washer took 23 minutes while the dryer took 45. Outdoor pool was nice seemed fairly private with all the trees around it. The complimentary breakfast was good and the cook was supper nice and a joy to see each morning.
