Really dissapointed, I made 3 seperate orders but 1 in particular was very important, I ordered a custom Tshirt for my sons birthday with the impression that it would be ready as promised only to be told that it would be added to another order after I had already paid shipping separately. This wouldn't have been a problem if the items came on time however they didn't. I have sent over 7 different emails and had a night mare using the chat service only to be told that they would ship it tomorrow , it has been a week and I have still not received the item. And my son thinks I've forgot his present, I wouldn't have cared if all the corona nonsense wasn't about, but where was I supposed to get a last minute gift when I was expecting a service I paid good money for. I am rely unhappy and in regards to my son I made a promise I couldn't keep which is a big thing in my household.
