My husband and I are just visiting Chicago, and we ordered delivery to our hotel nearby. Unfortunately, my hot beef sandwich was SOGGY it literally dripped, and our fries cold and chewy. Garlic bread was worse than Spaghetti shop chain restaurant back home. It took 1 hour and the hotel let me know it's nearby and shouldn't have. My husband ordered a sandwich and his was fine (chicken parmesan) , didn't know the cake was frozen for $7, and I needed it to thaw to put a fork in. Would be no stars but he enjoyed his sandwich and liked the cake once thawed.
Yesterday we ate at another Italian place and my biggest mistake wasn't just ordering there 2x. What a joke for $56.
