The weight of my order was 1/2lb, and the Canada shipping quote was $42. It seemed high, so I sent an email asking them to verify the shipping quote BEFORE fulfilling the order. They didn t bother responding and shipped it anyway. They responded to this review after business hours, so clearly they are capable of responding. Just not to customer sale inquiries.
