I have never been a big fan of Apple. I myself have a Galaxy S5, but for Christmas I bought my 19 year old son a IPhone 6. The screen cracked and come to find out I didn't have insurance on the phone. After many phone calls around town and to Verizon I decided to call Apple. Customer Service was really nice quoted me $109.00 to replace the screen. They walked me through how to set up an appt via Apple Website. I was able to set up the appt for an hour later. I take the phone down to Apple on the Plaza, the store was really busy which I was surprised because I've never been there, but I was greeted right away, and placed at table with the service tech. The tech was super helpful and replaced the phone free of charge because the phone was bent from being in the pocket so much and that made the screen break. My son or I had no idea. I was prepared to pay for screen replacement. I am now a big fan of Apple. For them to treat us like they valued us as a customer was awesome. I highly recommend this store. You now have a customer for life.
