I was very upset when I was driving on Overton Roa...

I was very upset when I was driving on Overton Road this morning during rush hour traffic. There was a car broken down in the middle of the road essentially closing a lane. I drove a few hundred feet and saw a police car pulling someone over for what I'm assuming speeding since I always see them pulling over people for speeding on this road. Apparently meeting a quota is more important than actually helping individuals which I find extremely sickening. Also on Green Valley Rd. at the intersection of Ashbury Rd. I constantly see people running the stop sign and never see a police officer there monitoring that area however up the road I do see a police office trying to catch people speeding on a 25 mph road going downhill. Instead of trying to meet quotas, I would feel much safer if they were patrolling people running stop signs and helping the citizens.
