This hotel is severely sub par as far as where a R...

This hotel is severely sub par as far as where a Renaissance should be. Extremely outdated. Bar and restaurant are terrible in terms of service and menu. I ve been sitting idle at the bar for 40 minutes now and the barmaid has served everyone who kept arriving after me. I'm still not tended. Not to mention that this is an atrium style hotel so the restaurant, bar and lobby area are quite cold.
