Super quick + easy! Made an appt to get a battery issue fixed. I was helped by Alex who not only solved the issue quickly, but taught me how to do it on my own and even provided me with a complimentary tool to do so. Awesome experience!!! I would definitely come back and recommend this service instead of visiting the Apple store.
