Staff was fantastic, room well appointed and clean. The negative was that there are so many cabanas on the ocean side of the pool that it blocks the view of the ocean, so you don't get that "island feel" while at the pool like I had hoped for. In addition there is very limited seating on the front row of the pool to be able to watch your children swim without paying for a reserved spot. There are a ton of areas that are marked reserved, yet not one was using them. All of the non-paying guests had to sit rows back or on the rock ledge to watch their kiddos. This is a family style resort, I wish the pool were a little more family friendly.
