I don't have much experience with trying on bridal gowns. This was only my second appointment. But I know that my experience was not the way I want to be treated when I'm trying to make a big decision. I felt like I was the lowest priority in the store that day. There was absolutely no help offered to put on the dresses, and some of them were tough- what's the point being in the room with me in my undies if you're just standing there watching? Nothing about the exchange was warm or inviting. The attendant told me I'd have a "really hard time" finding the dress I was looking for when all I mentioned was that I wanted sleeves... I tried on only 4 dresses before she told me that the appointment was over and she had no more dresses for me to try... there were still 30 minutes left in my appointment slot. Rude, unfriendly and rushed me out. Would not recommend to anyone.
