On top of the fact that Infiniti makes a great car...

On top of the fact that Infiniti makes a great car inside/out and under the hood, working with the staff at Austin Infiniti was the cherry on top of the cake. The GM Allen Clauss was very welcoming, hands on, personable and made sure I was well taken care of. The sales manager Naja was down to earth, upfront, honest and walked me through the whole process. My sales rep Tony was a true professional. I personally don t like it when a car salesman "oversells" or talks too much, but I did not have that problem with Tony, he did a great job of answering my questions and letting these nice cars sell themselves. Naja also gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to the staff I would be dealing with on a regular basis during my car service appointments - car techs Carlos and Rich and my service consultant Nick. It was a great car buying experience and I would highly recommend this dealership.
