If your priority is attentive, caring and proper medical care DO NOT use this facility. My family and I on separate occasions heard staff members complain about each other and their bosses. Busy complaining means lack of patient care. It was like pulling teeth to get any answers. Mom's bed alarm was forgotten. Hair was in her food. They asked us questions they should have known answers to. Another patient was calling for help and was getting ignored. I was standing by the nurse and had to be the one to say the nurse would be right with her. Needless to say, we had my mom tranferred out and they failed to call for the transport so we had to wait an hour and a half.
