I would like to take a moment to commend Gina Rowland and her crew at Malt Realty for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. As a former renter, anytime there was an issue, minor to major, work orders were answered and responded to in a timely fashion as were my emails and/or concerns. Staff is courteous and professional when calling and I never had to hold for a long time when calling the office. Gina's diligence to resolve an issue with my security deposit was handled swiftly and that was very much appreciated.

I would gladly recommend this establishment to friends and family.
