Very cool venue, uniquely Colorado. We saw The National play here. A few things that would have helped is to have staff that know how to direct people to park, give directions etc. This was our first visit and the staff directing parking was pretty awful and created mass confusion. If you need disability access it is imperative that you plan ahead, most entrances to the park have alot of steps. I did see a shuttle bus but couldn't get info on schedule or anything. Finding seating was easy, bring a seat cushion! This saved us from the bone chilling cold seating. Wear lots of layers, waterproof if rain is in the forecast, and bring a blanket if possible. The facilities overall were exceptional, great heated restrooms, and snacks/ beverages available. We had multiple hot cocoas that literally saved the night, but you had to ask because they were not posted on the menu board. The concert was great, the only other thing that needs massive improvement is actual enforcement of their no Marijuana policy. Several people lit up during the concert despite it being prohibited, cigarettes as well from their seats. I don't think there are enough staff overall to make this a reality. The bag/ pocket check is inadequate if people are still able to bring it into the venue. If this improves, it's a 5 star venue.
