Matt, Leighton and Al were extremely helpful and made our car-buying experience a positive one. Due to our hectic work schedules, we did not get to the dealership until after 5 pm. The staff gave us plenty of time to test drive, ask questions and discuss numbers. We never once felt rushed, even though we purchased our vehicle at closing time. The financing process was smooth despite our average credit scores and these gentlemen were happy to clarify contract details. We love our certified pre-owned vehicle and plan to go to Chatham Parkway Lexus the next time we decide to purchase another vehicle!
