I send an email. they call back a few days later but i can't answer the phone. I call back again, at first they don't know what it is about. then put through to one employee who must first see what's going on. in the background one dog barks, very disturbing. in the end they say my travel and cancellation insurance does not pay corona damage. I had not even asked that question yet, because I was wondering how to act towards cheaptickets and lufthansa moving a flight from 1 to 4 August without being able to refuse and without being admitted to Australia. All those bastards are trying to put the pain on consumers, while they also get state aid. lamented.
